This website has been created by The Hernia Coach specifically to be used in the conduct of our holistic hernia remediation program, which is highly personalized for each client.
The many posts published on this website are utilized in the process of coaching our English-speaking clients around the world.
With that said, it’s essential for every hernia sufferer here to correctly understand that every individual requires their own unique mix of things to do as well as things not to do.
In other words, there are many posts on this site that may not be right for a certain type of hernia to read and engage. For instance, an individual may have particular comorbidities which ought to preclude them from carrying out some of the different protocols or exercise routines posted here.
During my own remediation program, I performed many types of healing endeavors which may not help someone else because they simply are not ready to perform them. Their body is not ready. Or, the detoxification protocols may be too aggressive given their toxic load or total body burden.
During the first few coaching sessions with our clients, we often take the time to familiarize them with how to properly use this website so that they only use the content that is right for them in the moment.
Ultimately, every hernia sufferer will be able to greatly benefit from virtually all of the recommendations posted here. However, most people need to take the necessary time to prepare their bodies (and minds) to conduct the more advanced alternative therapies and esoteric healing modalities.
This coaching lesson on how to correctly use this website is especially relevant where it concerns work-out programs and exercise routines. For if an individual’s body is not ready to do some of the more vigorous and difficult work-outs, they can actually worsen their hernia(s). They can also develop an additional hernia.
So please, everyone, take heed of this very “IMPORTANT MESSAGE”. The last thing we want to see happen is anyone making their hernia(s) worse—RIGHT?!?!
KEY POINT: Folks often call and email us and demand a comprehensive work-out program
without any willingness to conduct the requisite preparatory program which MUST be
conducted. For example, if there is excessive gas production or chronic constipation,
doing vigorous exercises can re-injure the hernia. Or, a bilateral symmetrical hernia can
protrude on the other side to the great chagrin of the hernia sufferer (and that happens
more than anyone knows). Or the individual with an epigastric hernia develops an inguinal
hernia due to overly aggressive working out.
Lastly, for anyone planning on using this hernia remediation website on a regular basis, we highly recommend that they have at least one coaching session so that they proceed in a fully informed manner.
We urge folks to write down all of their questions and concerns about any material on this site before the session begins and email them to us at: [email protected].
Thank you!
